BLOOMINGTON, IN
OCT. 30 - NOV 3, 2007
Greetings from the Hoosier State.  After being busy last week in Minnesota
and Wisconsin it's good to be back home. Gas prices have shot up this week to
$3.15/gallon which is horrible.  We all might as well be walking around bent
over while the oil tycoons "drill" us.
Tuesday, I headlined in Topeka, Kansas at
Jerimiah Bullfrogs. I've been to Topeka many
times and it's always fun. I was pretty tired
from being on the road all last week so I
slept during the day and left as soon as the
show was over. It was a 9 hour drive back home
to Floyds Knobs across I-70, one of the most
boring interstates in America. I did get
excited while following a
Pabst truck.  I
briefly thought about hijacking him...
Thursday and Friday I worked on the campus of
Indiana University.  It was my first time
working on campus which was a lot of fun.
Thursday was the Hoosier Den in Foster Quad and
Friday was the
Memorial Union. The Union is a
beautiful building which also serves as a hotel
for campus guests.  There weren't many people
in either of the shows but it was fun anyways.
Saturday's show was at Bear's Place.  Last
time I was here it was a little crazy, but
both shows on Saturday night went great.  I
didn't sell any merchandise but was able to
have a few drinks on the house.  As a result
of my "few" drinks, I had to spend some time
in the bathroom with some
very rough toilet
paper. Ouch!
Until next week
