COLUMBIA, MO
JANUARY 3-6
Happy New Year and greetings from "The Show-Me State!"  After a small
hiatus, the Chronicles are up and rolling for 2007.  The holiday break was
extremely enjoyable and much needed...except for a little stomach virus that I
thought was going to kill me.  As it turns out, it just helped me drop a few
pounds.  Now I don't have to buy new pants...awwww yeeaaahhh.
On Wednesday, I worked in the Lake of
the Ozarks which is located about an
hour South of Columbia.  It was a pretty
uneventful one-nighter, however, there
were a lot of people there, all of whom
were very much in the mood to laugh.
The hotel was pretty nice too.  My room
had a private balcony and a great view.
The rest of the week I was working at
Deja Vu Comedy Club in Columbia.  This
town is half-way between St. Louis and
Kansas City, & is the home of the Mizzou
Tigers.  "The Vu" is one of the best
clubs in the country without a doubt.
Every show was packed and the walls are
full of famous comedians who have
performed here.  I definetly want to
return as often as possible.

This week has been a wonderful start to
the New Year.  Every show rocked, I sold
lots of merchandise, and got an updated
recording.  Gas prices are "low" as well
here, $1.99/gallon.  I even found time
to hang out in the hot tub a little.  If
you're ever passing through Missouri on
I-70, I recommend you stop in to The Vu.
You will have a good time!
Until next week...
Danny :-)
