GREENWOOD, IN
FEBRUARY 21-24
Greetings from the Hoosier State!  As always, I'm very happy to be working
in my home state.  Gas prices have started going up and it's refreshing not to
have to drive all over the country.  Also, my girl Mander flew in to hang out
for the weekend which is always good times.
The week started on Wednesday in
Greenwood, IN.  Greenwood is located in
the Indianapolis Metro area and was named
for Samuel Greenwood, who platted the
community in 1872.  The coolest thing
about this town is that it's about a 1.5
hour drive away from my home in Floyds
Knobs.  Which is great since gas prices
are STILL rising.
Since the snow was falling I didn't
leave the hotel much.  Luckily, I was
within walking distance to restaurants
and a liquor store.  The pool was nice
and heated as well as the hot tub.  I was
working at One-Liners Comedy Club which
is a pretty neat room.  The audiences
were in the mood to laugh and have a good
time.
Overall this week went fairly decent.  The
snowstorms on the weekend prevented a lot
of people from coming out and enjoying the
show but we still had fun.  The people
that did brave the elements enjoyed
themselves AND bought a few of my
t-shirts.  The cold weather got to my girl
that's for sure.  I didn't have the heart
to tell her that she was making out with a
piece of cardboard...

Until next week...
Danny :-)
