SYRACUSE, NY
JAN 23-27, 2008
Greetings from the Empire State!  This part two of my "College Town Tour" and
I couldn't be more excited.  I'm making my debut here this week I'm looking
forward to it.  It was kind of a long drive, especially after the 10-hour trek
from Tallahasse last week, but definitely worth it...hopefully!
This week I'm in beautiful (and cold)
Syracuse, NY and is home to Syracuse
University. It took me 10 hours to drive
here and I barely made it in time for the
first show Wednesday night. I'm glad I
made it cause the show went great and was
definitely a sign of good things to come.
I was working at Wiseguys Comedy Club which is
located on Franklin Street. It's a great room
with hardwood floors and low ceilings which
makes the audience's laughter louder and longer.
My only complaint is that it got TOO crowded for
me at times and I hid in the greenroom mostly.
The club also had a "
house magician" who
performed crazy tricks for the drunks.
The girls totally dug him.
This was a great week! The owner mentioned
having me back in the summer and I can't wait.
The biggest downfall is the long drive back.
I'm driving overnight to avoid traffic but
can't avoid the soaring gas prices.  When is
somebody going to invent the "
flux-capacitor"
for real?  Next week is A BIG WEEK for
me...details coming soon

Until then, drive safe out there...
Danny  :-)
GOOD MORNING SYRACUSE!
WHY DO CHICKS DIG MAGICIANS?
OUCH.
